At BEB, we aim to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, our return and refund policy outlines how we can assist you.
Eligibility for Returns
- Minimum Order Value: Returns are accepted only for items with a purchase value of $100 or more.
- Condition: The item must be unworn or unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
Return Timeframe
Returns must be initiated and shipped back within 10 days of receiving your order. Items sent after this period will not be eligible for return or refund.
Refund Policy
- Refundable Items Only: Refunds are processed solely for items that meet our return criteria.
- Refund Amount: The refund will cover the cost of the returned item(s) only. Any original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Processing Time: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of our receiving and inspecting the returned item. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at bebworldwide@gmail.com.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our Customer Support Team at bebworldwide.gmail.com to obtain a return authorization.
- Include your order number, the item(s) you'd like to return, and the reason for the return.
- If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- Ship the item to the address provided by our team. Please ensure the package is securely wrapped to prevent damage during transit.
Additional Notes
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Items that are damaged, worn, or not in their original condition may not qualify for a refund.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
